Our pieces are made to order — printed only after you place an order, in small batches, by hand. Because of this we ask you to choose carefully, but we stand behind every piece we ship.

30-day return window

You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? Email hello@goodcompanyclub.co within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or refund — no questions, no return shipping required. Just send a photo to hello@goodcompanyclub.co within 14 days.

Final sale

Sale items, custom requests, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email hello@goodcompanyclub.co with your order number and what you’d like to return. We reply within one business day with a return address and next steps.
