Our totes are made to order and typically ship in 3–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for unused items in original condition. Made-to-order means we ask you to choose carefully, but if something isn't right, email us at hello@goodcompanyclub.co and we'll make it right.

What does "made to order" mean?

We don't print until you order. It's a little slower (3–5 days), but it means almost no waste — no overstock sitting in warehouses, no fabric going to landfill. Better for the planet, and you get a piece printed specifically for you.

How big are the totes?

Our standard tote measures about 16" x 16" with a 29" strap — fits a laptop, a book, lunch, and the rest of your life. Heavyweight 100% natural canvas, reinforced bottom seam.

How should I wash my tote?

Cold machine wash, hang dry. Avoid bleach and the dryer to keep the print sharp and the canvas from shrinking.
